Hi, A while back I wrote instructions for this: Exchange 2007 configuration for sending emails from SupportSuite And based on what we found, SupportSuite had to run on windows in order to get the mailparser to work. This was due to a POP3 issue in Exchange 2007. Does anyone have an owned copy of SupportSuite running on linux with a mailparser connecting to Exchange 2007? I'm hoping so, because I'd like to move my SupportSuite over to a linux server. Thanks, -Brian |
