Hi, is there a way to use something secure for clients to connect to the clients support web interface? Also, is there a way to shut off the part of the auto-responder that says: You can check the status of or reply to this Ticket online at: http://support.whatever.com Email: youremail@youremail.com Password: 07fbee3b regards, Alex |

You will need to install the complete software under SSL location and set the Product URL to https://support.yourdomain.com. Quote:
