Hello, It would be nice to be able to specify a secure image path for LiveResponse to use when it's operating under a SSL connection (HTTPS). Our help desk is NOT under SSL but we want the livesupport icon available on our store. Naturally when the store goes into SSL mode you get popup warnings about mixed mode, i.e. trying to show non-SSL images under SSL. Is there a fix? |

You could go Admin CP -> Templates -> Live Support -> chatimage and manually specify the URL of each image on an SSL server. This way, the image would always be loaded from an SSL server so would never error. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
