I have just enabled SSL for entire Kayako installation, unfortunately the staff and admin interfaces keep showing SSL security warnings due to certain non https urls being used with in the kayako code. This is a brand new Kayako 3.20.00 CVS installation, the same problem existed in 3.11.01 STABLE as well. I did set product url to https://support.domain.com am I missing something here? Thanks. |

What errors are they seeing? Care to post a screenshot? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
