Staff --> Chat History is broken

Hi,

staff_chathistory.php is broken and it shows about 1000 chats on one page, while I've been asking for 10 only.

I'm using this file from prev stable release which works fine.

Was there a bug ever submitted for this? It shows the WHOLE history (killing the window) instead of just the current day, which makes the feature very hard to use.

It was, and will be fixed in 3.20.03: Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #492 - Chat history page shows lots of chats, not the desired amount

Use the file version from prev stable build. Just copy it over. It fixes the issue for now.

Which previous version exactly? It was also in 3.11.03 and 3.11.02 for me.

I think that was 3.11.01 stable.
