Staff CP Blank - Kayako

When going to the Staff CP it redirects then gives a blank page.
Any suggestions how I can fix this or what may have gone wrong. This is a new install of verion 3.10.02

Am I correct in assuming it is like this right after install or have you made any changes?

Check your server error_log for any reported errors.

Hi Raven,

1) What browser do you use?
2) Have you enabled GZIP compression within your administrator control panel?

I have not experienced this problem.
