Hello, I have 5 departments. I also have 2 staff members/groups. When my staff member (staff1) logs in, he/she can only see 2 departments. But when I click on "Staff CP » Tickets » Reports » Department Summary" it shows me all departments. I do not want this staff member see reports of other departments. How to solve this? |
