You know when you install this it says " Staff email " are you meant to give it the email you usually give out on your website so contact@domain.com ? As that is what i gave it.. Next question is.. when someone submits a ticket to that.. will i get 2 emails One in my ticket system One in my regular inbox ( webserver mail )? |
