v30.30.02
Staff email replies put this in the code?
Is this a bug that they are aware of too?
Code:
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size="2"><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class=Section1><br />
<br />
And then comes the staff reply.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<BR><BR>
<fieldset style="margin-bottom: 6px; color: #333333;FONT: 11px Verdana, Tahoma;PADDING:3px;">
<legend>Ticket Details</legend><BR>
Ticket ID: LPU-306729<BR>
Department: General<BR>
Priority: <font color="#8A8A8A">Low</font><BR>
Status: <font color="#5C83B4">Open</font><BR>
</fieldset>
</font>
21 unnecessary line breaks. Ugh.
You know, we're not asking for the moon, just to be able to answer tickets via Outlook, to have them look nice and professional and in html. I've spent days learning, setting up and trying to get Kayako to act right, only to be faced with problem after problem... every upgrade bringing false hope.
I've got over $700 invested in software that won't even do the simpliest things right, like formating html. To top that off, it's prices for things like copyright removal and extra domains are skyrocketing.
I am completely out of ambition on this thing. I feel like I've been totally duped and paid for absolutely nothing. I'd be way ahead if I had never even heard of Kayako.
I hope they get things straightened out but for now, I'm just tired.
