Hello Kayako support team.
My name is Bui Huy Thang from designformambo.com. We have purchased kayako eSupport Oct. 2005 and it works great. However, we currently have a problem with staff group configuration.
The problem is:
We have created new staff group and configured it NOT TO SEE ALL TICKETs.
If I understand corerctly that means staffs from this group can see only tickets that were assgined to him/her. But the staff can see all unassigned tickets among with his own assigned tickets. We don't want our staff to be able to see unassigned tickets? How we can do that?.
