Hi, I beleive this is how it is supposed to be, it stored the staff details with the ticket replies, when you update the staff name it does not scan the DB and update all tickets that staff member has worked on. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
