I have been looking for the template that is used to create the the e-mail sent to the client when a staff member posts a reply, but I don't seem to be have much luck. Could someone advise me which template this is? Thanks.  |

Yes, that is what any reasonable person would think (included myself in that). However doing a basic adjustment to the template (bold html tags) and no change to the 'generated staff reply e-mail to ticket submitter' in the slightest, have changed the auto-response e-mail without an issue (even added my own phrases), also the adjusted the staff forward one. Why does it appear that this one is so different? Cheers anyway. |
