Angry Status being set to "nothing" - 15-09-2008, 09:46 PM

Hi,
We just updated to the owned version 3.30.02.
We are having a problem now such that when we change the Department (and perhaps others attributes) of a ticket - the ticket essentially disappears. It can be found again using the Ticket ID (if we remember/record it). And once found we notice that the Status field is empty.
Any idears?

Also is there any way to "find" all the tickets that don't have a status?

I imagine the only way to find them all would be to query directly on the database.

The actual issue sounds like a configuration one so I suggest you submit a support ticket (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support") who will be able to check your desk over to find any issues.
