Hi esteban, It is a bug and we are ensuring it is corrected on all fronts (customer-end and staff-end). In the latest stable release, the only way tickets will get 'lost' through this way is when you have tickets set to change to a non-global status set on staff reply, and potentially via the customer interface (when they're allowed to change their status). You can expect this fixed in this next stable, which we have nearly completed. -------------------------------------------------------------------
