Exclamation Status update on critical support ticket - 11-04-2007, 06:57 PM

Can someone from Kayako please give me an update on ticket RKJ-580622? It seems to have been forgotten about since 3/20, but it is still an urgent issue for us that has not been resolved.

Hi,

Please check your ticket status from web interface of kayako. I updated your ticket on "03 Apr 2007 09:40 AM" but does not get any update from your side.

I suppose you did not get any email. Please check.
