Still can't create new tickets! - 28-12-2005, 03:19 PM

I have put in a ticket to Kayako but I haven't heard back. The only way to create tickets is via email or via the customer login.

From the Dashboard, if I click on tickets, I see the submenus, but none of them work. This is really causing us a lot of extra work.

Does anyone have a solution? This has been going on since 3.00.28. We're now on 3.00.31

I've been told that it is a script problem by my host. They said to pass along this info: "after upgrading from 3_00_13 to 3_00_28 and then to 3.00.31(yes we have performed the template restore), none of the pull down menu works. We got error message in IE:

Line: 1441
Char: 22307
Error: '_h._G[...]' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: http://www.mydomain.com/staff/index...re&_a=dashboard "

Can anyone help us?

Everyone is shut down from this! I submitted the bug, it's escalated from low to high, but I've heard nothing from Kayako! I replied to the ticket today that they should at least say something, acknowledge the issue, estimate a fix, etc.

Just in case the rest of you haven't heard yet, we have a fix for our problem. One of our departments had an apostrophe in the name. Once we took that out, we're working fine now. Maybe that will help some of you!!

I'm glad to be working again.

That did the trick, thanks! Sadly, I got a taste of Kayako's support, or lack thereof, as I have not received any information on my ticket other then admin access and FTP access since submitted on Dec 26th.
