Exclamation Stopped receiving emails over an hour ago - 02-04-2008, 06:51 PM

Beginning at about 12:20 EST we stopped receiving emails from the help desk which leads me to assume that our clients are also not receiving them. Can someone take a look and let me know what's going on?

The last time that this happened I received this from Raghav: We had some issues at the server with the qmail settings which was causing the issue. We fixed the server settings and it resolved your issue also.

We are on hosted server 7, can someone please check this? Per the norm I would enter a help desk ticket but I can't access support only sales.

In future, I strongly advise you notify us to any problems via support ticket or live chat as posting in these forums will not ensure your message is delivered to a technician.
