During submit ticket, following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in XXXXX/cache/baf15638ec40e8acbb94a9d25907aaa8.php on line 112

Delete all files from the cache directory and it should fix the issue.

If you are running Kayako ver 3.20.02 you can also rebuild the cache by login into the Admin CP, then on the left menu click on "Diagnostics"--->"Rebuild cache.

I have Resolved the issue.
Found the cause of my problem: "Autologon mod."
Autologon mod. (free download here)
The modification does not work in the version 3.20.02
I have "revert the template" and kayako re-work perfectly now.

Is someone able to put the mod up elsewhere? I wouldn't mind having a look - may be able to fix the error. I can't get it though as Softair's domain has expired:

Another company too offers autologin mod, you might want to look into it.
