When trying to contact Kayako Support, I recorgnized that they require admin info (and ftp info optional), but in a http form, not https. Why Kayako is not using https for that kind of information? You can always request them to remove the information once you are done. I dont think they should have any issues with that or you can send the information via email although using https is a good suggestion.
