Suggested place to host my own SupportSuite? - 24-05-2006, 05:59 PM

Does anyone know any web companies they would suggest as a place to host their own purchased licensed version of SupportSuite?

Please let me know if know of any PHP friendly places there are with decent support and relatively high uptime.

Thanks.

Let me start by saying that I host SS on my own server in my office, so I have not used SS on other servers I have not had physical access to. I do, however, know many people that use DreamHost, and have had nothing but good things to say. Again, I haven't tried SS on them, so I would not know of any compatability problems.

These guys already host a lot of KayakoSuite and in fact use it themselves for their support. They are cheap, support response is excellent. All the functions of Kayako work here. I moved here and have my Kayako with them after being with two other hosts , went thru months of hassle and couldn't get e-mail piping working with either.

By the By - Also get SofttAir to do the install and customise it for you http://www.softairltda.com/
