Suggestion: Link in the eSupport admin for kayako support - Kayako

Maybe it's better for you if its hard to contact your support team, but I know as a user that its frusterating to have to enter all my information again each time I want to contact your support team.

How about a link similar to the "send logs" but for contacting support while in the admin app? The nice thing about this is you could send yourself all the logs you need to see what's up.

"Submit Information Securely" is needed in the members area me thinks.

I assigned custom fields to the user registration that are editable by both the user and staff. This way whenever a ticket is created by the customer or staff member, all of the additional information that we need is usually at the top of the ticket.

I guess what I meant was a link from my own control panel /admin/ that would enable me to easily contact kayako support. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice.
