Hi there. Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, this isn't exactly what the company is looking for. It's great that the 'Closed' tickets are removed, however, since templates only change the way tickets are displayed, the pagination for the tickets remains the same. So the problem is that the 'Closed' tickets are removed, but you're still left with the same amount of pages of tickets. Is there a solution to remove the tickets from the query results when someone clicks on 'View tickets'? If there is a way to do this via templates, then my manager has said that he's willing to fork out to buy a commercial template to do the job. Basically, what we'd like is to be able to remove - ideally toggle - 'Closed' tickets altogether from the 'View tickets' results, so that, say, ten pages of query results will result in five pages once the 'Closed' tickets have been removed. Thank you all so far for the help though, it's greatly appreciated. I'm very open to any suggestions as to how to proceed with this.
