Hello, no matter what I try I can't get the mail parser to work. I've browsed the whole forum, faqs, knowledgebase and suppurtsuite pdf-manual, I have tried it with different email queues with a couple of different mailservers and email adresses, tried both pop3 and imap servers etc, checked the permissions of the directorys support/cron/index.php etc... apart from the wget-cronjob, nothing works.... even when calling the parser manually by http://www.silverbox.ch/support/cron....php?_t=parser i always get just an empty white page and the parser log file is also empty. I've read here some people get error messages, some get their mails parsed.. but has anyone had the same problem... i mean: no error message, just plain empty page? Anyone an idea what could be the problem? thanks! Sascha |
