I am integrating the chat into our CMS and do some custom stuff.

I would like to be able to query the database, and find out if one of our staff members is available for chat.

Does anybody know where the staff/support chat status is stored?

Hi

The information is in the swsessions table. You should check for the sessiontype=50 i think. This doesn't take into account permissions, so it will not work fully.

Hecne, i recommend that you use the following code instead:

<script language="javascript" src="http://<your site>/visitor/index.php?_m=livesupport&_a=htmlcode&departmentid= 0&fullname=&email=">

That will show a live chat status where you put it.

Hope this helps
