Jamie,

Can you please post my previous comment in the bug tracker?

If a client email already exists in kayako and replies from a ticket in whmcs, the password appears to be changed for the user in kayako. This stops the user from directly logging in kayako.

I tried to register for the bug tracker, but get a fatal error after confirming my email address.

Is this issue acknowledged and being worked out ?

Thanks,
Does the WHMCS dashboard work with Kayako? I thought it didn't

Hello

anyone can tell me if I am alone to have this problem (explained below) or someone else has the following problem (I am using 3.11.02 (CVS) - 21 Dec 2007 01:10 AM with WHMCS 3.5.1)?

The user enter on WHMCS client area , then click on View tickets .
If the client click on already open a ticket (ticket status Open) , and then he click on "post reply" , nothing happens there is no way to update/reply the ticket. I am alone to have this problem or anyone else is experiencing this problem too ?

Thank you!

There is already a bug entry for this problem: Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Bug #404 - WHMCS integration: Post reply problem in IE7

Hi guys,

I mentioned this in WHMCS's forum, and asked matt about it. When using the Portal template (comes with whmcs) the left vertical navigation menu makes the Kayako portion so small that tables get very deformed, and text that is supposed to be on one line gets squashed into 3 lines.

Matt says that the left menu cannot be removed.

Any suggestions ? (besides throw all my template work away and use the default)

What's the status on WHMCS integration ?

I see no work done on the tickets, the new CVS builds (and old ones) mention zilch about whmcs.

ETA ?

Hi there,

The bugs still have not been fixed - Varun was not able to do them this week. Hopefully he will be fixing them on Monday. You can track when bugs are fixed using the bug tracker links at the bottom of this page.

Got this when registering for the bug system. Got it when click the email activation link:
Quote:
Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /var/www/vhosts/bugs.kayako.com/httpdocs/sources/frontend/activate.php on line 31
EDIT: Got in without a problem. So nevermind.

Does Confirmed mean Completed ?

No, 'Fixed' means completed - 'Confirmed' means the bug has been confirmed as a bug, as opposed to the status 'Not a bug'.

I thought so. But when I looked at the entire list of bugs, there were none as Fixed, so I was in doubt.

Thanks

Hopefully in one-two weeks at most (3.11.02 stable)
Now I hope that the 2 weeks promised to fix all will be mantained
2 weeks seemed me a lot but now I really hope Kayako mantains this promise.
10 days now and almost nothing is fixed.

I'm sitting here with a brand new support suite purchase with my arms crossed waiting for this to work.
