I *think* Varun (who is doing the integration) has been away a lot for some reason. This will likely be the reason not a lot of progress has been made.

This is the one thing that's seriously making me contemplate abandoning Kayako... the wait and lack of updates.

Hopefully Varun will be fixing the bugs soon and we will update the thread in due course.

Very soon I hope. I am hoping to get this integration working before the holidays, cause now people are away, or too drunk to notice the changes.

Well the simple solution would be to give them more drink to keep them drunk until it is finished

me too. I waited so long for whmcs integration, and now nothing work from several days . I promised to my clients a fix in 2 weeks (as Kaykao promised) but the 2 weeks are near to finish now.

i've just seen the thread about the 3.11.02 roadmap and there are still loads of bugs that won't be fixed until 3.12.

Question is have a wasted my money on renewing my support expecting a stable working intergration within the next 6 months? As the way things are going kayako seem to be making empty promises.

All i want to know is the timeframe on when we will see a stable version as i've been holding off lunching my website until this is all working.

I understand it's xmas and people want to be with family and stuff, but all we want is a timeframe that you execpt to get all the bugs fixed.

I did make clear when you asked earlier in the thread the current state of the integration (with regards to the bugs it has). I am sorry you have decided to go ahead with it and are now waiting for fixes, but we are working as fast as we can.

You are correct - we wanted to get the bug fixes so far and the WHMCS integration package out, rather than having to wait for 3.12.00.

You certainly haven't - Varun should be finishing (and it is only Varun we are waiting on) the WHMCS bugs today or over the weekend.

Man,

If we could have a halfway decent whmcs integration working by the end of this weekend, that would be fantastic. This is the last weekend we have to work on big changes like this.

In any case, thanks to the kayako team for working during the holidays

I just tried to integrate WHMCS and Kayako...nowhere near configurable at this moment. The LoginShare for WHMCS within Kayako Admin is blank..no fields to fill out. I can click Update, but nothing else.

You don't need to do that fieldsg. Just open up /integrate/whmcs-integrate-howto.txt in the package you downloaded from the members area and follow the instructions there.

Hello,

Can anyone call Varún and ask him if he's going to fix this integration at once?

Please , just someone call this person, and just ASK him if he is or not. getting pretty irritate having to came back here every other day to see if this is done.

Also doen't help when a new customer like me sees other kayako users bitchin about this integration not being complete.

If it's not fixed by Monday, can I get a refund ?
