However, I think the latest 12th version I saw was at 1:10am

One of my clients updated their Kayako to the latest CVS build to integrate it with WHCMS and we are re-doing the templates to support the new build. Strangely I notice that when you view a ticket in WHCMS and when you click on the "Post Reply" button the button just disappears with the not being forwarded to the Post Reply page. I thought the issue was with our template but I restored it yet no change, the error persist. Can someone else please confirm this?

Hi,

I tested this my results are as follows:

If I click on the "Post Reply" button after clicking on My Support Tickets, it works fine. The page refreshes and I have the option to type a reply and submit.

The only problem I see is the URL in page tree (You are here: Support > Client Area > Support Tickets > View Ticket) for View Ticket links to http://domain.com/viewticket.php?tid=&c=

Obviously that is not going to work, but I'm not sure why you would want to click on it anyway.

Can anyone confirm a bug for the downloads in WHMCS?

The file listing is correct, but when a user clicks on the file name it redirects to a page that displays the following error:


Fatal error: viewarticle action is not registered in /home/user/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 739
The URL it directs to is http://whmcsdomain.com/downloads.php...mid=01&nav=0,6

If I click on "Download" it works fine but uses
http://kayakodomain.com/index.php?_m...nloaditemid=01


BTW, I tried to register in the bug tracker, but when I click on the activation link I get the following:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /var/www/vhosts/bugs.kayako.com/httpdocs/sources/frontend/activate.php on line 31

Varun, I submitted a ticket because I am getting a blank page when viewing kayako through whmcs and I haven't heard from anybody for over a day now. Please look into my ticket: JJM-675139

I was able to solve this by upgrading to the latest cvs build however now I get the domain mismatch error...

I have come across these errors:

1) View Ticket breadcrumps link throws out PHP error
2) When trying to view a downloads file, it throws out PHP error

As for Post Reply issue, it seems to work perfectly on Mozilla Firefox but does not work in IE7. Can anyone confirm this? We are using IE7 English.

and I get the license issue with the domains. (i have the kayako install on a different domain)

any fix yet?

Go onto live help or submit a ticket. They should be able to issue you with a licence for the second domain if you explain the situation and point to this thread.

Hi there,

No - we are not issuing additional domain licenses; we are working on solving the issue in the code; a fix for which should have already been pushed to the CVS, but for some reason not known to me it hasn't.

I will find out where the corrections are. Certainly, they should be available (among the other fixes for bugs that have cropped up) early next week.

Oh thats even better. Issuing domains would of just of been a farse anyway.
