Hi Ganesh, Please read the posts preceeding yours; there are current issues with the latest integration and licensing (if your WHMCS and Kayako are installed on different domains) in the current CVS build. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello guys, I have successfully integrate kayako with whmcs but it's always in english, and I have spanish as order 1 and english as order 2. How do I set spanish as the default language in this integration ? Thanks. |

Hi cyberneticos, You need to assign a language to a new WHMCS template group, and assign that template group for use by the WHMCS integration: Templates -> Manage Groups -> [Group] -> Settings: ![]() Settings -> General: ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, just spotted another problem and not sure how to solve this : I am using the spanish translation offer here in the forum, which works fine in Support Suite on it's own, but in this integration I think there is a mismatch with Character set. I belive WHMCS runs iso-8859 and kayako utf-8 I get stuff like this : Quote:
Any recommendations ? | |

I'd suggest changing the WHMCS character set to iso-8859. -------------------------------------------------------------------

It is already. It's actually the default for WHMCS new installs |

Sorry, I made a mistake - I mean change it to UTF-8. The UTF-8 charset is 'safe' one, and will cause you the least problems across most languages. If you change the charset in SupportSuite, you can run into problems when handling e-mails, which is very tricky and handled in a fairly complicated way in the mail parser. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, And I see another issue. When a client click on the Tickets tab of WHMCS , to view his open tickets, and clicks on Create Ticket (on the footer) it send the user to the root of WHMCS installation /index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit, when I think it needs to go to /submitticket.php instead , right ? |

Do you mean that it is taking the user back to SupportSuite, and not the internal WHMCS submitticket.php? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Certainly. Please keep in mind that my template is spanish , so I will try to guess what the english links might be called. 1- User logs into his client area in whmcs , for example xxxxx.es/WHMCS/index.php 2- User clicks tab "Support Tickets" ( to view his tickets ) 3- User wants to create a ticket from that same page, by clicking on the "Send Ticket" (might be Create ticket,. not sure again, in spanish it's "Enviar Ticket") This link is on the footer along with other links such as HOME | View Tickets | Send / Create Ticket | FAQ | Troubleshooter | News | Downloads The URL for that link is xxxxxx.es/WHMCS/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit , and I belive that is incorrect. It should be sending the user to xxxxxx.es/WHMCS/submitticket.php |
