Fixed the ISO-UTF problem without modifying and character setting on neither system ![]() This is what I did. 1- Exported the language file to my desktop 2- opened the xml file in ms-wordpad 3- replaced the funky characters with the correct ones 4- saved the file. 5- imported the modified language xml file selecting spanish (not creating new language) so only the phrases are updated Ta-da !! it's all legible now. Cheers |

Well, Got another issue I just noticed: I created a ticket from whmcs (with the integration) and it shows up in my ticket list. but when I click on the subject (to view the entire ticket) the page just reloads. The address it uses is : xxxxxxxx.es/WHMCS/supporttickets.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=278 This is making it not possible for users to see ticket responses either. Any suggestions ? |

Just noticed another problem. When the autoresponse is created, it's created with a link to view the ticket directly from support suite, not the WHMCS client area (integration module) |

Thanks again for all your testing; it is really appreciated. I have created two entries for the issues you have reported and I have confirmed: Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Bug #407 - WHMCS integration: Wrong linked subject in WHMCS list Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Bug #406 - WHMCS integration: Wrong link in e-mail notifications Hopefully we'll get these resolved soon ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------

No problem Jamie. I actually purchased kayako just becuase it could replace the whmcs support systems, and I'm sure many other users have done so. These bug are making this integration useless for now. Is everyone else having this issue ? I mean this seems like a pretty big bug. Almost seems like development stopped right at "Show tickets inside WHMCS". Do you have a testing platform and get this same problem ? |

Hi there, The integration is actually still in testing, and hasn't even left our CVS (nightly) builds yet, which are use-at-your-own-risk builds; testing builds. Only in 3.11.02 which is due out soon will have WHMCS integration fully tested, working and stable. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hopefully over the next week, with 3.11.02 to follow suite after it has been thoroughly tested. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Jamie, I read in whmcs that you were lacking in testing of this integration. I'd like to help as much as possible, since this is all I'm waiting for to use my recently purchased support suite. Let me know what I can test next. Cheers. |

Thank you for the offer - we'll update the forums when fixes are committed to the nightly CVS builds, which are under a code freeze at the moment (for all except WHMCS integration related code) - so they should be safe to install. -------------------------------------------------------------------

It will have the latest code in, so should be fine. Backup first though. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
