Yep. Using the portal template it breaks the formatting of the upper menu. Links are not underlined. Spacing is much wider, etc.. Looks very ugly. Also the left vertical navigation menu makes the integration too thin and every thing is just chaotic visually.

You still need to restore regardless of if you have modified the templates from the previous version or not.

I downloaded the CVS install and everything works smoothly. I have two WHMCS applications and both can talk to my kayako install. I had to restore the templates as suggested by Varun for once and then everything worked out as expected.

How did you get two copies of WHMCS to talk to Kayako?

everything ? Are you use ? What kayako cvs are your using ? When a client see the ticket list , and he opens it , and then he clicks on Reply what does happen ?

For me when the client clicks on "Reply" nothing happens, simply the button change from "Reply" to "update" , nothing else.

Can you please tell us what files were modified since the last CVS build?

I find it quite pointless to have to re-do everything when there are only a handful of files that need to be replaced.

Unfortunaly because the devs have comitted Zip files (see Changelog), it doesn't tell you what changed. Jamie may kno.

It is best that you upgrade your entire build. However, the next few updates will be minor so I will be able to be more specific about what to update.

I copied the modules/templates directory to both installs of WHMCS and switched the WHMCS support to use KAYAKO and that seem to be working fine for me so far, except for the few bugs which I see with KAYAKO...We run one WHMCS for our local currency and the other one for US$, both installs are on the same server.

Was it not supposed to work ?? or may be I'm missing something..

Few Bugs I've noticed :

1) Open tickets do not show up as OPEN in the WHMCS area and you have to click at the SUPPORT TICKETS to view your tickets.

2) When you list all tickets as a client from the client area and try to click at the link of next page on the ticket list it would take you to home page of the WHMCS and not the next page of your ticket list.

I'm still testing it, being a CVS build I'm expecting few more bugs and hopefully kayako should fix them by the time they come out with a stable release.

I suppose I was just thinking that you need a template group for each (which you can only have one assigned to WHMCS) but you don't...

I listed few bugs which I have discovered so far, the problem you've indicated I don't find with my install. I'm using the latest CVS build downloaded few hours back.

The reply ticket, opening a new ticket work fine for me, I'm still playing with it hence may discover other bugs in the process.
