You're right...we use the default one for both installs.

be aware that if a registered client responds to a ticket from whmcs the kayako pass will be changed for the user. It's unconfirmed, but I had a few reports of clients not being able to login to kayako until I reset the password for them.

Anyone using the CVS have any issues with LiveResponse not working? That was my initial issue when trying it out, wondering if this was fixed. When you got a chat request, a script error (IE-like) would come up and if you go to chat it would tell you the user had left or been disconnected even though they can see what you are typing...was very odd!

The latest build appears to work fine. You can grab it from the builds tab in the members area.

There are still these, potentially serious (though not fully confirmed across all systems etc) bugs: 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407

We are trying our best to address these this week.

Hi guys, I am new to all of kayako. And I purchased kayako just to use with WHMCS. I see the links to the bugs, right below the posts, but after opening each one, I see no work on any of them.

Are they being worked on ? Are they so easy that they can all be knocked out in a few minutes, but other things as far as kayako is concerned have propiority ?

How do we know what's going on ?

Thanks, pardon my ignorance.

Yes they are being worked on and Kayako should release the fixes soon.

Yes, they are currently being worked on. You can subscribe to the bug reports in order to track when they are fixed, or subscribe to this thread which I will keep updated.

You are right that we are involved in many, many other projects at any one time - so everything has its schedule. Hopefully most of the WHMCS bugs will be fixed this evening

Hi Jamie,

I do not see this as a listed bug in the bugs listing -- "When you access the client area under WHMCS the open tickets do not show up as open and the client has to click at the support tickets option in order to view/reply to his open tickets"

Is this issue acknowledged and being worked out ?

Hi wipl,

Could you file a bug report, with explicit steps to reproduce? Share the link here when you have done and I will mark it as confirmed. We're looking to get the WHMCS related bugs cleared before the weekend.

Thanks,

Jamie Edwards (jamie.edwards ]at[ kayako.com)
