No, he wrote a exception for rule 300015 on /admin/index.php and it still giving that error

It may not be that file. It may be a file that index.php is calling. He needs to write an exception rule or the root of Kayako and all sub-folders.

Please try disabling mod_security all together just to test. If it still does it, it must be something else. If it does work, its obviously mod_security.

You have to either disable mod_security for your installation or write mod_security rules to whitelist SupportSuite (which I am afraid I do not know how to do).

Well if it is mod_security then Kayako cannot really help. The disabling of mod_security was a test to make sure it was so would be best if you did try that.

If it works fine with it disabled, I think you will need to post on the mod_security forum and ask them why the rules are not working.
