You have to either disable mod_security for your installation or write mod_security rules to whitelist SupportSuite (which I am afraid I do not know how to do). -------------------------------------------------------------------

Well if it is mod_security then Kayako cannot really help. The disabling of mod_security was a test to make sure it was so would be best if you did try that.
