1. I need a clarification on whether Support Suite runs on a Linux Partition (running SUSE Enterprise Server 9) on zSeries (IBM Mainframe). 2. Also what are the recommended hardware configurations tp provide a high performance support site? in terms of CPU, memory, disk spce? 3. Are there any best practices available for high performance environments? 4. Are there any best practices available for visual guidelines? 5. If I own the source code license, how could I transfer Test data into Production environment. I mean I created production like data in the test environment and would like to use the same in the production). Is it going to be simple overlay/copy of a list of files or more than that? I greatly appreciate your help on this. Thanks |
