Support Suite vs. Esupport

What is the difference between the two? I hear people saying that they use support suite and others say they are using esupport. I purchased the fully owned support suite package so am I missing something with esupport or is that included?

eSupport is included in SupportSuite.

SupportSuite = eSupport + LiveResponse

While eSupport deals with the ticketing side of the helpdesk, LiveResponse is used to provide live chat support to your clients. An integrated pack of these two makes SupportSuite.
