Hi there, If you're experiencing this problem, please can you post a log dump? The XML one will do - you can find it under 'Manage Computer' (right-click My Computer) -> System Logs -> Application Errors - find the one that corresponds to the LiveResponse application crash. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I am getting the same thing. Another member of staff running the same OS (Vista 64bit) and version (3.1.1.61) is not having the same error.
