SupportSuite Client Staff-to-Staff Chat

When trying to initiate a staff to staff chat within the SupportSuite client, we receive the following error.

Code:

04/09/2008 08:17:49    An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server (online 00:14:21):
 
 Received unexpected response from server (invalid header)!
 
 Data: (Unable to start staff-to-staff chat; no department found.)
 
 Error: <No extended error information available>

Note that the two staff members are not in the same department. That being said, why would they have the option to have a staff-to-staff chat if it wouldn't work. Thank you for your help.

What version of the core PHP software (shown on the /staff/ and /admin/ login pages) and the windows application (Help -> About) are you running?

I cannot confirm this bug in 3.20.02

We are running 3.20.02. Is there a better log which could capture this error? I can't seem to find anything other than the error above.
