SupportSuite crashing on chat request - Kayako

I have been experiencing crashes in the SupportSuite whenever i get a chat request from the support site. This has been happening in EVERY single version of the support suite that I have used.
I have also updated to the latest build from the hotfix site Kayako_WinApp-STABLE-3.1.1.5.exe and am using XP SP2 with all the latest updates installed.
PLEASE HELP!!

From the screencapture it looks like you're using IE7. I would highly suggest uninstalling IE7 and using IE6... IE7 has given me tons of problems on anything but the most basic websites... the same goes for Firefox 2.0... stick with the "tried & true" IE6 and FF1.5.
