| New Member Posts: 9 Join Date: Dec 2007 | 3.20 and WHMCS integration works great except for one issue; if someone attempts to perform a knowledgebase search for an article; the result returns you back to the Knowledgebase Category List and does not show the actual search result. Unless it is my browser, but we have tried with a number of browsers and from multiple computers. UCWEBHOST, Inc. - Client Portal Any suggestions would be appreciated. Regards, Keith |

How does one download LiveResponse when on a hosted product? I am assuming being on hosted is why all entries under the Builds tab show "No Files Available for Download" |

in IE7 WHMCS integration - when a client clicks on reply - after choosing a ticket they are unable to respond. The option disappears and update is the only option left. THIS IS A HUGE BUG ! It virtually breaks the support desk ! ![]() ![]() ![]() -------------------------------> I guess it helps if we REVERT the templates from the admin side :-) That fixes the issue. |

Ok got ya, I have not thought of it... May I have list of the files that where changed say for the Knowledgebase, I will make my own after that. Would it be the same as what is there now, or is going to be harder becuase of a default troubleshooter page not in WHMCS. Thanks |
