3.20 and WHMCS integration works great except for one issue; if someone attempts to perform a knowledgebase search for an article; the result returns you back to the Knowledgebase Category List and does not show the actual search result. Unless it is my browser, but we have tried with a number of browsers and from multiple computers.

UCWEBHOST, Inc. - Client Portal

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,

Keith

support.mywebsite.com/index.php?group=default&_ca=css

As you can see this should be loading
support.mywebsite.com/index.php?group=whmcs&_ca=css

This is a BIG problem for me since I have 2 separate themes the kayako.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
I have the same problem.

have you found any solution?

Hi everyone,

We are still working on ironing out a few remaining problems with 3.20.00 release candidate before it goes stable; please bear with us.

If you renewed your support and upgrades package for the WHMCS integration which was delayed, then we will be happy to extend your support package so that you can receive the stable version.

I am sure this goes without saying that this is not supposed to happen, and in the case where it has a mistake has been made. Please can you send to me the ticket ID where this has happened so that I can follow it up for you?

Did you all fix the issue where HTML content was showing when hovering the mouse over the "ticket" icon in the ticket listing?

Does this version include the Loginshare fix or at least part of the loginshare fixed for MB and AWBS that was provided as a download from that thread?

According to Changelog, it hasn't been committed yet.

How does one download LiveResponse when on a hosted product?

I am assuming being on hosted is why all entries under the Builds tab show "No Files Available for Download"

I may be wrong on this but as far as I am aware, hosted customers can only upgrade between stable releases and not Release Candidates, Unstable or CVS Builds.

I remember reading that upon request you can be upgraded to a CVS build.

IE7 unable to click on reply in WHMCS - 07-03-2008, 03:24 AM

in IE7 WHMCS integration - when a client clicks on reply - after choosing a ticket they are unable to respond.

The option disappears and update is the only option left.

THIS IS A HUGE BUG ! It virtually breaks the support desk !

------------------------------->

I guess it helps if we REVERT the templates from the admin side

:-) That fixes the issue.

If WHMCS does not incorporate a Troubleshooter of its own, then there is nothing to replace (therefore; no, it won't be included in the WHMCS integration).

We are not creating things within WHMCS, we are simply replacing them.

Ok got ya, I have not thought of it... May I have list of the files that where changed say for the Knowledgebase, I will make my own after that.

Would it be the same as what is there now, or is going to be harder becuase of a default troubleshooter page not in WHMCS.

Thanks
