I still think that this should be added into the fixes for this build: - See staffmembers from other departments on ticket creation/management - See other staffmembers on search (departments is ok there I see ?) - See staffmembers on Private Message Compose. |

How long after a Stable build is released is it installed for Hosted Users? And how are we informed of this change? And how do we know which (user-modified) templates will be affected? . |

Bug #256 ticket statuses showing in all departments on client view when they are assigned to say only 2 departments. The per department status works on the staff side, but not client. Can anyone else confirm this? |

I do realise they have been saying this since just before Christmas but a few things have happened since then :- 1. A fair amount of bugs have cropped up that needed fixing before the release was done. 2. From what I can tell, one of their PHP developers left around January time leaving only Varun who also manages the India office day to day as well as coding and John who you have to remember has only been with Kayako for ~4 months.
