Why autosetup stops on livesupport (Page 2 of 3). Installation does not come to the end.

No they won't; you have to start the upgrade manually via your members area (http://members.kayako.net)

This is the first upgrade we have undertaken and I am unsure what 'Revert the Updated templates' means.

How do I do this?

Basically, if you have modified a template and that has been changed in the build since your last upgrade, you must revert this template to the origional and then reapply any changes you have made.

The software will not function correctly if you do not revert the templates.

Oh dear, does this mean all the changes I have made to the templates are now lost as a result of upgrading, can I not just revert back to the last saved version of the template I had before the upgrade?

What do I click on to revert back?

You need to restore and re-do the templates. There is no other option. You can restore the templates from:
Admin CP > Templates > Restore Templates > List Templates to Restore > Upgrade Revert Required

Also remember you cannot just backup your templates, restore them then paste the backup into each of the template files. This will not work.
