Backup then restore the ones it says need restoring then see what your help desk looks like. Change whatever needs changing to make it look like it was before.

Its seems the WHMCS integration has the following limitations;

- We get SSL pop-up when doing submitticket.php or supporttickets.php in WHMCS, as the Kayako images urls are http (Kayako install is http) while
WHMCS page is https. No we donot want to change wither install! Just want to call the Kayako images via http/https as per page requirement.

- Integration shows only default Kayako template and not our customised css, irrespective of what is chosen under Admin>> Settings. The default template fonts are like a too huge for our WHMCS skin.

- Kayako integration templates cannot be modified.

Hi Toby; this is correct if you have edited the default language. If you have created a copy of this and then edited that, those will not be reset. Only the default language is replaced on upgrade.

Trubble install SupportSuite 3.20.02 - 20-03-2008, 08:00 AM

Why autosetup stops on livesupport (Page 2 of 3). Installation does not come to the end.

The mistake is displayed

[Thu Mar 20 09:53:05 2008] [error] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in /home/www/kayako/modules/livesupport/setup.php on line 307

Increase your memory_limit setting in your php.ini from 8M to around 100M.That should fix the issue.
