HI, I'm a newbie so I hope I'm posting to the correct forum. I'm trying out SupportSuite Hosted v3 for a few months prior to going whole hog and purchasing winapp. My problem is that Staff replies are sent by the Kayako mail servers but with the FROM field populated with the Staff member's email address. My email filter (correctly) detects this as spoofing and blocks the reply. I have the facility to specify "trusted" mail servers' IPs but Kayako has multiple IPs and I am reluctant to specify more the one or two max.
Any suggestions? |
