SupportSuite Issue - 19-08-2007, 06:18 PM

Almost everytime I have chat request from the first and every so often replies from me, I get an error message 'message sending failed' or something similar.

Also I get error message alerts half the time when a chat request is in session.

How can I solve this because its frustrating and annoying.

I downloaded the latest winapp and tested it between me as a test user and my normal admin/staff account and it seems to be working fine.

Good to hear Also make sure all of your templates are up to date (click on "Revert Templates" under Templates in the administrator control panel to see if any need a revert).

If you have upgraded from a much earlier version, you will run into a lot of problems, especially where live chat is concerned. Upgrading your templates as well as the system files is a must, you can't always have one without the other. You may also choose to be a bit selective in reverting... i.e. your CSS file may not need reverting, and your header and footer also may not.

I ordered in June. Within the members area I don't see a newer release.

Thanks for the concern Jamie, I think more companies need people like you.
