supportsuite module for the iono database

Dear Support,

I am trying to configure the supportsuite module to work with the iono database - Regarding: http://www.olate.co.uk/wiki/Iono2_Do...-_SupportSuite
I have configured step 1 fine - however, in step 2, I cannot locate the settings value next to the template I would like to use the iono login for - Next to the templates I have "expand" but no settings value - Any ideas?

I contacted iono support and they wrote:

Unfortunately this is a problem with SupportSuite itself and so you should contact Kayako to obtain advice on this issue.

As the supportsuite admin user, click on templates. Then click Manage Groups. Then click Settings next the teh group you want to set the loginshare module for.
