Hi, We are looking to buy eSupport and need French translations... From the "One thread for all translation" I only see tranlations for SupportSuite... Will those work with eSupport only ? Also, is there a way to get a demo in French ? In the 7 days free demo? |

yes translations will work as SupportSuite is the same as eSupport except SupportSuite has the Live Chat option but the ticketing system itself is exactly the same.... Digital Mayhem, Inc.
