Hey I need some support on this please, my issue is that, when I go to my site to click the button nothing opens, this is for not just me, everyone take a look.

I believe that there is a javascript conflict somewhere, do you think you can take a look in the source?

Thanks.

There is an awful lot of Javascript on your page to go through and find where the problem is.

A tip for finding out the problem yourself would be to remove one script or functionality at a time and see if it fixes the problem - if it does, you have narrowed down what script is causing the problem and can go from there.

Hope this helps.

The issue definately is somewhere on the page. If you simply copy/paste the Live Support code on a blank HTML page, you will notice it works just fine!
