Swift CLI problem

when running the swift cli debug check i see the following.

According to the phpinfo.php and phpinfo.htm i am running the same version of php (v4.3.9) with Zend Engine v1.3.0, ionCube PHP Loader v3.1.22, Zend Extension Manager v1.0.10, and Zend Optimizer v3.0.1. My php.ini is located
at /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini . Any ideas what to check?

I am running CentOS 4.3 ,2.6.9-34.0.2.ELsmp , with apache 2.0.41 and MySQL 4.1, with current qmail package. Everything seems to be working except for piping emails from the queue to the system.

try to check /etc/php.ini and see if your mail server user (qmails for example) has permission to read it.
