swift.php error upon installation - 07-07-2006, 12:56 AM

Hey,

I just got the eSupport and uploaded, installed it, everything was fine. I then realized that I forgot to upload the swift.php file. I am using FileZilla and uploaded it to the root directory as well as the admin directory in binary mode. Changed the permissions from 644 to everything (755, 777, etc..) but I keep getting this error when I go to any link:

Fatal error: Unable to read 11866 bytes in /home/username/public_html/helpdesk/swift.php on line 0

Any idea what this means? I still have to check that this server uses Zend, but I'm pretty sure that it does.

Thanks for the help

Bah, I think I just noticed what the error was. Dumb me registered the product for ayksolutions.com/helpdesk instead of just 'ayksolutions.com'. I've submitted a ticket to support with a Domain Request, hope that fixes the issue and quickly.

Avenue, check again if you uploaded in binary mode and that you have Zend/IonCube installed.

Zend is installed if he gets unable to read error... So this definitely is a binary issue. Re-upload the file and ensure your FTP browser is set to upload as binary or it will give you the above error.
