swiftpath is not defined

When I’m creating support ticket the form should dynamically check the text I’m typing, compare it with Knowledgebase articles and provide links to similar articles.

However it doesn’t work and shows java error: Error: swiftpath is not defined

Hi,

Looking at your page header you are missing some of the JS code that is present in the default templates, part of which sets the themepath.

Check the original header for the missing code.
