Hello, I was wondering if there was anyone who could answer this database-specific question. I deleted and re-added 2 departments in Kayako. After I was not able to see any new tickets created by the users. When I inserted the 2 departments back into the swdepartments table, I was able to see the new tickets. Problem now is that there are duplicate departments. Most notably, when I create a new phone ticket, the duplicates departments are displayed. I think I've tracked the problem to the swtgroupassigns table, but wanted to make sure I understood the foreign key relationships before I made any changes. Thanks!
